On 1st June, we began a new journey in Green Street Neighbourhood, bringing Mental Health Support into the heart of our communities 🫶

Atmiyata is about recognising emotional distress early, offering support through connection and conversation, and making wellbeing a part of everyday life; not something we only think about in a crisis, or when elevated into needing primary or secondary intervention.

📍 From Gujarat to Green Street; this is Mental Health, Powered by the Community.

We kicked off our first Community Research Network event in Newham with energy, collaboration, and a shared commitment to local change.
